Base Salary for MAINTENANCE PLANNER 75 -80k plus Profit Sharing
Compensation is based on specific skills, experience, and qualifications. At our Cascades facility in Wagram, NC, youll have the opportunity to grow your full potential-sustainably-by applying your expertise as a Maintenance Planner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities • Coordinate planned maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize operational disruptions • Plan maintenance corrective tasks to include parts procurement, parts drawings, and kitting • Estimate materials, labor, and/or required contractors for the planned work orders • Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) • Work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address equipment reliability issues • Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs • Implement best practices and contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures • Bring out the best in yourself. REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning in an industrial setting • Experience using SAP as ERP is considered a strong asset • Strong organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives within budget and time constraints • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards • Knowledge of the Paper industry is a definite asset
