This position is responsible for the proactive work management process in the maintenance department. The job consists of scheduling and assigning work, prioritization of work, coordination of work with operations, and tracking progress of work. Duties and Responsibilities: + Lead coordination meetings with operations and maintenance departments to understand equipment availability + Creation of weekly maintenance schedule and assigning work to appropriate technicians + Prioritization of work utilizing equipment criticality + Following up and ensuring work is completed during schedule window + Validation that all parts are on hand for work to be scheduled + Creation and sustainment of Job Kitting process + Updating the BOM in SAP as required + Work with Maintenance Planner on creation and sustainment of 4-week maintenance plan + Providing equipment data and history to optimize preventative maintenance plans Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: -Essential Full Performance Knowledge: + Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite + SAP knowledge and usage + CMMS knowledge and usage + Manufacturing Safety & Environmental Health best practices understanding/awareness + Comprehensive understanding of fundamental utility and production equipment/systems Essential Full Performance Skills: Equipment/Data: + Standard office equipment including computers, phones, copier, etc. (and associated software) + Familiarization and occasional use of common equipment such as multimeters, hand tools, etc. + Data/Info Used (typical, but not limited to): + SAP data as well as ability to interface to submit requisitions for supplies, parts, vendor contracts, etc. + Technical information regarding CCM sites, facilities, and production equipment to be found in project archives, vendor manuals, and/or at facility locations. + Physical attributes associated with project tasks and execution - weights, volumes, dimensions, densities, rates, etc. + Statistics - costs, OEE, downtime, etc. Materials Used: Various documents such as Contracts, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, drawings, data sheets, logs, etc. Reports that are both read as well as prepared/written Materials to support project justifications or proposals Regulatory and Code references Interactions with Others: Company employees at all levels and disciplines (EHS, Engineering, R&D, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) Various contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.), Vendors/suppliers Education and Experience: + Required: + High School Diploma or equivalent required + Preferred: + A minimum of 5 years working in an industrial maintenance department Working Conditions: + Primarily an office setting with routine and extensive field exposure at CCM facilities across the United States on an as needed basis. CCM facilities are typically manufacturing/warehouse operations. Some assigned projects will entail outdoor activities (ex. roof replacement, new construction, etc.) and others may be in and around existing production areas. Hours: Primarily during Day Shift for the maintenance department. Occasionally work will need to be completed outside of normal work hours.
