2.1 Planning & Scheduling

  • Maintain department 5S requirements.
  • Develop detailed maintenance plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective workorders.
  • Prioritize maintenance workorder based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.
  • Coordinate planned shutdowns, outages and major repair activities.
  • Participate in daily production and maintenance meetings.

2.2 Workorder Management

  • Review and plan work requests within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Track work order progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Generate PM workorder and schedule task for maintenance personnel and contractors.
  • Populate spreadsheets, data bases, forms and other necessary documents as needed by the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors

2.3 Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain department 5S requirements.
  • Drive improvements in maintenance planning, scheduling efficiency, and equipment uptime
  • Monitor KPIs such as PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR
  • Work with Buyer and Maintenance Personnel to set up spare parts into inventory
  • Keep track of all machine and machine

Required Skills/Experience:

4.1 Must be computer literate. Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 4.2 Minimum of two years of experience in technical field preferred 4.3 Excellent organization, communication skills, written and oral 4.4 Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling strongly preferred 4.5 Ability to work independently but also in a team setting to support maintenance activities 4.6 Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics and blueprints. 4.7 Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred. 4.8 Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
