Maintenance / PLC Technician

Location: City of Industry, CA

Schedule: 3rd shift | 10:00 PM -8:00 AM 

Pay: $35 to $42/hr(MAX) (Programming not needed)

About the Role:

Were seeking a hands-on Maintenance / PLC Technician to support operations at a leading beverage manufacturing company. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by troubleshooting and maintaining bottling and packaging equipment, with a strong focus on electrical and PLC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bottling and packaging equipment

• Diagnose and correct faults in PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)

• Perform preventive maintenance and accurately log activities

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics

• Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and optimizations

• Collaborate with production teams to reduce equipment-related downtime

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with GMP and OSHA standards

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing

• Proven hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming

• Strong working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

• Familiarity with motors, relays, and sensors

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
