Job Duties

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and components across Crown buildings.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical systems (110V480V).
• Diagnose facility issues, source or fabricate parts, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Support other Facilities team members as needed and maintain organized, clean work areas (5S).
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety standards, report unsafe conditions, and perform other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years previous experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and work in areas of lift truck traffic.
