Job description:
We are seeking a dependable Grounds & Building Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of a residential community. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys working both outdoors and indoors.
Responsibilities Include:
Driving a golf cart throughout the property
Picking up debris, fallen branches, and palm fronds
Refilling pet waste stations with doggy bags
Changing light bulbs and performing basic repairs
Diagnosing and repairing minor plumbing issues when possible
Performing light electrical work and painting
Assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed
Working in vacant units and occasionally in occupied units alongside a supervisor
Requirements:
Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, or handyman experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to pass a background check
Additional Information:
No clubhouse duties required
On-site maintenance shed with tools and supplies available
Stable Monday through Friday schedule
