Maintenance

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Job description:

We are seeking a dependable Grounds & Building Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of a residential community. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys working both outdoors and indoors.

Responsibilities Include:

• Driving a golf cart throughout the property

• Picking up debris, fallen branches, and palm fronds

• Refilling pet waste stations with doggy bags

• Changing light bulbs and performing basic repairs

• Diagnosing and repairing minor plumbing issues when possible

• Performing light electrical work and painting

• Assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed

• Working in vacant units and occasionally in occupied units alongside a supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, or handyman experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be able to pass a background check

Additional Information:

• No clubhouse duties required

• On-site maintenance shed with tools and supplies available

• Stable Monday through Friday schedule
