We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate that is reliable and proactive. They will ensure that our facilities remain clean, safe, and operational while also contributing to a positive customer experience. The Maintenance staff collaborates with colleagues, the Parking Manager, Building Management to consistently uphold high standards.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12pm to 8pm
Facility Upkeep and Maintenance:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Conduct basic maintenance, including equipment checks, minor repairs, and preventative measures.
- Use tools and equipment such as pressure washers, sweepers, blowers and other cleaning devices.
- Assist with tasks such as painting, power washing, and other general upkeep activities.
- Complete special assignments as directed by management.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and notify management of necessary repairs or supplies.
Customer Interaction and Service:
- Consistently represent TruPark with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers and team members by addressing concerns or providing directions as needed.
- Communicate any potential safety or maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or custodial work (3 years preferred).
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.
