This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, fitness centers, clubhouses, and leasing offices.Keep building entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, and grounds clean and free of debris.Assist with trash and recycling collection and ensure dumpsters and compactor areas remain clean and organized.Perform light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, painting touch-ups, and minor repairs.Assist the maintenance team with apartment turnovers and general property upkeep.Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.Assist with snow removal, salting, and other seasonal property maintenance as needed.Deliver excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with residents and vendors.QualificationsPrevious porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.Strong work ethic with attention to detail.Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Valid driver's license preferred.What We OfferPaid Time OffHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceCompany-wide annual eventsOpportunities for advancement within a growing property management companyStable, full-time employment in a professional work environmentIf you are dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming community for residents, we'd love to hear from you.
