Job Summary and Qualifications

Schedules and coordinates routine, emergency and preventative maintenance activities for the Facilities Department. Coordinates with vendors to ensure preventative maintenance items are completed and documented on time. Manages regulatory compliance, regularly uploads documents and maintains the online regulatory library with our compliance software, Complyos. Oversee preventative maintenance, work orders and associated asset inventory with our work order software, Engineering Central. Routinely performs audits and runs reports on productivity. Routinely prepares labor performance reports on preventative maintenance completion and regularly monitors for the completion of service requests to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. This position will also oversee our FSED. Will manage all regulatory PM’s and work orders for all the FSED’s. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance Program, related policies and procedures and the Code of Business Practices, reports instances of perceived and actual non-compliance to Team Leader or through other reporting mechanisms.

What qualifications you will need:

Exhibits strong leadership skills and sound decision making. Must be knowledgeable on TJC compliance standards, NFPA standards. Able to prioritize and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance work orders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 

  • High School Graduate / GED
  • Knowledge of HVAC / Refrigeration is strongly preferred
  • 3 years of related experience in maintenance is strongly preferred
  • Familiar with regulatory standards and processes
