Required Qualifications
  • high school diploma or its equivalent
  • 3 years prior experience in a parts room environment with parts purchasing knowledge
  • knowledge of the parts purchasing and vendor relationships
  • knowledge of the parts room in an industrial setting
  • be at least 20 years old
  • ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
  • a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position) 
  • ability to obtain certification and operate powered industrial equipment
  • ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds 
  • successfully complete the following tests (before his or her start date in the position)
    • Computation
    • Following Written Directions and
    • Visual Speed and Accuracy
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • ability to read, write and solve math problems
  • ability to read and interpret schematics, and technical and parts manuals

  • Associate’s degree in Business
  • 5 years of prior experience in an industrial parts room environment with parts purchasing experience
  • knowledge of basic accounting principles and statistical data analysis
  • CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager)
