Description
Maintenance & Production Supervisor Monday - Friday, 7A - 4P and on-call $80k+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop production operators through training, coaching, and performance management
Oversee production batches to ensure quality, safety, and process compliance
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Enforce feed safety, quality, and company safety programs
Ensure safe operation of equipment and coordinate with maintenance as needed
Participate in the Feed Safety Team and support audits and documentation
Play key role in supporting production performance, team development, and continuous improvement.
Handle maintenance needs as they arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience (required)
Minimum 5 years production experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Knowledge of production operations and feed safety/quality standards
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, MS Office)
Previous experience working with pumps, valves, heat exchangers and boilers (prefer Boilers License)
Must be able to pass background check & have valid driver's license
