**Experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician** Flat Creek Inn is seeking a fulltime Maintenance    Flat Creek Inn is committed to providing "Quality Consistent Experience to every guest every night every time" through outstanding service, clean accommodations, and a well-maintained facility. We are seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for guests and staff. **Position Summary** The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of hotel facilities, guest rooms, grounds, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance programs. **Responsibilities** - Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems. - Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance issues. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. - Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life. - Maintain hotel grounds, walkways, parking areas, and exterior facilities. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies. - Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order records. - Assist with renovations, room upgrades, and special projects as needed. - Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary. **Benefits** - Competitive pay based on experience. - Paid time off. - Health & Wellness monthly bonus - Housing may be available **Schedule** - Full-time position. - Weekends, holidays, and on-call availability may be required. **How to Apply** Interested candidates should submit their resume and work history to  kyle@flatcreekinn.com or apply in person at 1935 N.
