Seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects across multiple senior living communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys project leadership, problem-solving, and working independently in a regional travel capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead maintenance and capital improvement projects across multiple locations
Perform preventative and corrective building maintenance
Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Coordinate with staff, residents, and vendors
Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Associate degree or equivalent training in Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing/Fitting, or Welding/Fabricating with 2+ years of related experience
OR
5+ years of related maintenance experience
Additional Requirements
HVAC Certification preferred
EPA 608 Certification preferred
Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Outlook
Ability to learn work order management systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel frequently between locations
Strong communication and customer service skills
