This Maintenance Rebuild Supervisor is responsible for managing the maintenance rebuild shop to ensure the safe, high-quality, and cost-effective rebuilding and repair of critical equipment. The Maintenance Shop Rebuild Supervisor plans and directs daily shop activities, coordinates priorities with Operations, Reliability and the Planner/Scheduler, and ensures work is executed to defined standards, procedures, and applicable codes. This role develops and leads shop technicians through coaching, feedback, and training, while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, schedule performance, and equipment reliability. This position is designated as a Safety Critical Role.
