We are seeking a Maintenance Reliability Coordinator with a positive attitude, good attendance, and organizational skills to oversee maintenance programs for grain and agronomy operations.
Responsibilities include implementing and managing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Dekra), leading initiatives to improve efficiency, and conducting failure analysis to prevent equipment breakdowns. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills, along with proficiency in computer applications.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in various weather conditions and around equipment. They will promote safety, develop personnel, and contribute to community-focused initiatives.
