In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring reliable and efficient function of our plant equipment. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative analysis techniques to pinpoint issues and spearhead improvement strategies. By leading workshops and training sessions, you’ll instill a culture focused on reliability.
Your projects will extend to crafting and executing a robust Mechanical Integrity program designed to enhance operational efficiency while meeting all regulatory standards. Acting as a pivotal technical advisor, you will support maintenance endeavors to boost equipment uptime. Analyzing performance metrics, you will identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and oversee the initiation of preventative maintenance schedules.
Efficiently organizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) dialogues and leading initiatives for reliability augmentation will form a key part of your responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to manage compliance initiatives including ISO 9000 standards and our comprehensive Safety Program.
Central to this role is your collaboration on site inspections with a focus on maintaining structured maintenance timelines. You’ll liaise with external providers and internal teams to ensure seamless plant operations, taking the lead on minor capital projects with a focus on driving down operational costs.
**Ideal Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 7 years in a chemical production setting.
- Solid grasp of process equipment dynamics including but not limited to pumps, compressors, and piping systems.
- Proficiency with reliability frameworks and maintenance strategies.
- Experience with data analysis, problem diagnosis, and crafting practical solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP or relevant maintenance management software is advantageous.
- Exceptional communicative and leadership competencies.
