THE PRACTICE:

This role sits within our Supply Chain & Engineering organization and aligns itself with our Maintenance & Reliability capability (formerly Intelligent Asset Management), part of Accenture Reinvention Services.

Supply Chain & Engineering professionals help clients apply AI and digital technologies across the product and asset lifecycle to build competitive advantage. Within that, our Maintenance & Reliability practice helps asset-intensive industries turn operational data into reliability advantage, improving asset performance, reducing unplanned downtime, and building the foundation for sustainable, long-term operational efficiency across the full asset lifecycle.

We combine deep domain expertise with AI and digital technologies (EAM, APM, RBI, predictive analytics, and the connected worker) to help clients get more from the assets they already own. Our point of view is simple: the organizations that win are the ones that know their assets best.

THE WORK:

• Lead the growth of the Maintenance & Reliability business across one or more of the five sub-industries, owning origination, client relationships, and a portfolio of engagements from sales through delivery.
• This role requires industry context in one or more of the following sub-industries: basic and petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, metals & mining, forest products, and building materials.
• Shape and sell large-scale reliability and asset management transformations, developing compelling value propositions, proposals, and commercial structures that improve win rates and margin.
• Own engagement economics and delivery quality, including financial forecasting, scope and margin management, and outcomes clients can measure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite, VP Operations, and plant leadership, translating asset and operational data into reliability strategy and quantified business cases.
• Build and lead teams of consultants and engineers, developing talent and setting delivery standards across multiple accounts.
• Develop offerings, assets, and points of view that advance the practice, spanning EAM (SAP, Maximo, IFS, Octave Attune), APM (AVEVA, GE, AspenTech), RBI, predictive analytics, and the connected worker.
• Represent Accenture at industry forums and with alliance partners to open markets and differentiate our solutions.
• Champion workforce adoption and change management as a core part of every deployment, not an afterthought.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required for this role and could vary up to 75%
