    Maintenance Reliability Supervisor – Electro‑Mechanical Systems

    Step into a day where production never sleeps and your expertise keeps it humming. You’ll guide a skilled crew through preventative maintenance, quick-turn troubleshooting, and vendor coordination—so the lines run smoothly and safely around the clock. You’ll be part of a leadership team that believes in open communication, continuous learning, and hands-on support.

    What your day looks like

    • Kick off the morning aligning priorities with your 14 technicians—assign work, set expectations, and remove roadblocks.
    • Diagnose issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and 480V/3‑phase electrical systems; jump in when critical faults arise.
    • Coordinate specialized service with third‑party vendors and collaborate closely with internal teams.
    • Coach, mentor, and provide technical direction; assist with interviewing and feedback to leadership.
    • Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance.

    Pay and benefits

    • Direct hire opportunity
    • $95,000 annual
    • Paid holidays (the facility operates 24/7/365 and holiday pay is provided)

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
    • Overtime may occur before or after scheduled hours

    What you bring

    • Own set of metric hand tools (specialized tools are provided)
    • Advanced troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
    • Hands‑on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and 480/3‑phase electrical systems
    • Trade school completion or prior industrial maintenance experience is a plus
    • Clear communicator and collaborative teammate
    • Background leading, training, and delegating work for a team of 14 technicians
    • Ability to provide technical guidance and support
    • Willingness to assist with interviews and share performance feedback with leadership
