Maintenance Reliability Supervisor – Electro‑Mechanical Systems
Step into a day where production never sleeps and your expertise keeps it humming. You’ll guide a skilled crew through preventative maintenance, quick-turn troubleshooting, and vendor coordination—so the lines run smoothly and safely around the clock. You’ll be part of a leadership team that believes in open communication, continuous learning, and hands-on support.
What your day looks like
Kick off the morning aligning priorities with your 14 technicians—assign work, set expectations, and remove roadblocks.
Diagnose issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and 480V/3‑phase electrical systems; jump in when critical faults arise.
Coordinate specialized service with third‑party vendors and collaborate closely with internal teams.
Coach, mentor, and provide technical direction; assist with interviewing and feedback to leadership.
Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance.
Pay and benefits
Direct hire opportunity
$95,000 annual
Paid holidays (the facility operates 24/7/365 and holiday pay is provided)

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Overtime may occur before or after scheduled hours
What you bring
Own set of metric hand tools (specialized tools are provided)
Advanced troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Hands‑on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and 480/3‑phase electrical systems
Trade school completion or prior industrial maintenance experience is a plus
Clear communicator and collaborative teammate
Background leading, training, and delegating work for a team of 14 technicians
Ability to provide technical guidance and support
Willingness to assist with interviews and share performance feedback with leadership
