What you’ll lead and do
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 7 maintenance technicians, ensuring safe, high-quality execution.
- Build and drive preventive maintenance programs that maximize uptime and equipment life.
- Partner with production and other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption.
- Coach, train, and mentor technicians; enforce policies and conduct performance evaluations.
- Troubleshoot machinery and electrical issues; perform repairs or coordinate with contractors when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work and asset history.
What you bring
- 5+ years in industrial maintenance or facilities management, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools to track maintenance activities.
- Hands-on strengths in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including 120/208/240/480V and high-voltage systems.
- PLC experience is a plus.
- Leadership skills that motivate, mentor, and elevate team performance.
Schedule
2-2-3, 12-hour nights: 7:00 pm–7:00 am (average 14 days off per month)
