American Workforce Group has partnered with a growing property management company to add a skilled Maintenance Repair Technician to their busy team! If you have a wealth of knowledge and pride yourself on being a true handyman, we want to talk to you.

Description for Maintenance Repair:

• Handle assigned work orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Examine and diagnose maintenance problems including electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
• Perform various repairs and miscellaneous duties as assigned to keep properties in top shape.

Details for Maintenance Repair:

• Pay: $20.00/hour (DOE) plus Benefits
• Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Status: Part-Time and Full-Time options available

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience with painting preferred.
• Strong background in general handyman and repair skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.
