This is a position requiring skilled maintenance and repair work in the building, mechanical, or electrical trades. An employee in this class works in a variety of trades in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and practices used in at least two of the building, electrical, and mechanical trades
Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trades involved
