Description: Maintenance person performs skilled, multi-craft work to maintain and repair the physical structure and equipment of school buildings and/or grounds Must be able to travel to multiple sites, assess conditions, determine and procure necessary materials/tools and complete work orders Proficient with computers Work well with co-workers and all district staff *Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements: (5) years multi-trade experience in facilities maintenance or construction preferred Must be able to work independently, troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems and equipment Experience in electrical, carpentry, HVAC, welding and plumbing Valid NJ driver's license required
Starting Salary Range: $49,500.-$63,500. Council 18/BMW
