A leading provider of emergency backup power solutions is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the central hub of their service department. This team ensures that critical infrastructure, including hospitals, commercial facilities, and industrial sites remain operational when it matters most.
You'll coordinate a highly skilled field team, manage incoming service requests, and ensure every repair and maintenance project is executed with precision.In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for all incoming service inquiries, responsible for scheduling technicians, tracking parts and warranty claims, and translating complex field reports into clear repair proposals. You'll balance customer needs with the availability of the field team, optimize routing, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and accurately.
A strong mechanical aptitude and technical literacy are essential, as you'll be interpreting equipment issues, sourcing the correct parts, and supporting technicians in delivering exceptional service.
If you've served in logistics, operations, maintenance, or technical roles in the military, this Service Advisor position allows you to apply those skills in a mission-critical, civilian environment. Your experience coordinating teams, managing schedules, tracking equipment, and solving complex problems translates directly to dispatching technicians, overseeing service calls, and ensuring critical power systems stay online. Veterans who have worked with mechanical or electrical systems will excel at interpreting technical reports, sourcing the right parts, and communicating solutions clearly to customers. Pay: $70-85k
