Maintenance Service Coordinator - Parts Specialist

The Maintenance Service Coordinator - Parts Specialist assists in the receipt, storage, accounting for a compilation of orders for tools, parts, equipment and supplies needed for emergency and non-emergency preventive maintenance and repair work ensuring repairs are completed on time. This position is responsible for shipping, invoicing, filing, and maintaining warranty claims with dealers/vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with maintenance repair facilities in processing invoices, proper parts and labor coding, and quality control.
• Enters inventory data and verifies the delivery of items; checks invoices against purchase order to insure proper quantity, pricing, and quality.
• Serves as a point of contact to take orders for part/supplies as well as package and ship parts/supplies to outlying service locations.
• Communicates parts status as needed based on priority.
• Review internal and external repair orders and ensure time and parts charged are accurate before closing out orders.
• File internal and external repair work orders for policy/warranty support when reviewing during or prior to closing out work orders.
• Ensure the CMMS Program (RTA) is accurate and up to date, reviewing processes and procedures as needed.
• Provides administrative support to the Service teams.
• Monitor and support RTA systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: Starting hiring range: $23.75 - $31.25. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate''s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
