What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Service Technician, you'll be essential in maintaining the safety, comfort, and beauty of our community. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments, common areas, and grounds.

  • Handling service requests promptly (goal: within one business day).

  • Completing turnkey work for vacant units-paint, repairs, lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintaining an organized, stocked maintenance shop.

  • Performing preventive maintenance inspections on all systems and structures.

  • Maintaining pool equipment, landscaping, irrigation systems, and exterior areas.

  • Participating in on-call rotations for 24-hour emergency maintenance.

  • Ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company standards at all times.


What We're Looking For

  • HVAC or EPA Certification preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience

  • Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and irrigation

  • Pool operation experience a plus

  • Must be available for on-call duty for emergencies

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, stoop, and reach overhead for extended periods.
