Seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader at a manufacturing site in Fort Smith, AR.
Responsible for leading maintenance planning, execution, and technical support to optimize equipment reliability, safety, and costs.
Provide coaching, promote continuous improvement, and ensure safety and environmental standards are met.
Manage work orders, track performance, and support root cause analysis to prevent downtime.
Qualifications include 5+ years of maintenance experience, supervisory skills, knowledge of reliability techniques, and electrical troubleshooting.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, CMMS experience, and pulp & paper or food industry background.
