Key Responsibilities

  • Complete unscheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize production downtime; troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues of production machines.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment to maintain equipment
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform regular service on production equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production and facilities equipment.
  • Complete basic tasks to maintain machines, equipment and facilities.
  • Assist in the installation and set-up of capital equipment and changes to facilities infrastructure.
  • Identify and initiate continuous improvements within the maintenance and production processes.
  • Comply with safety guidelines and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic
  • Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or two of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
  • Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides
  • Able to troubleshoot, determine root cause and identify and implement solutions to problems.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical
