Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:

Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed efficiently and according to schedule.
Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills.
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
Schedule routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to plan maintenance activities around production schedules.
Equipment Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes.
Coordinate repair activities and procure necessary parts and materials.
Ensure that repairs are conducted safely and effectively to minimize downtime.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for maintenance staff.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses and controlling costs.
