Here, you'll perform the day to day maintenance operations as directed the Maintenance Manager and Property Manager. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in property management or maintenance fields are essential. Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office and Yardi, will streamline your daily tasks, including logging service requests and maintaining inventory lists for essential supplies. Strong verbal skills and a customer service orientation are crucial for effectively communicating with residents and building staff. You should be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.Familiarity with property management regulations and laws will enhance your ability to ensure safety and compliance measures are met.
