Role Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment and automated systems within GOFO facilities. This role helps ensure equipment reliability, minimize operational downtime, and support smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The position works closely with onsite operations teams to address equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support equipment upgrades and modifications.

The hourly compensation range for this position is $22–$25 per hour, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.

Responsibility

\n

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, machinery, and automated systems to ensure optimal operation.

\n

• Quickly identify equipment faults and perform effective repairs to minimize operational downtime.

\n

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance according to scheduled maintenance plans to ensure equipment stability and long term performance.

\n

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance history, and report equipment performance and recurring issues to management.

\n

• Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure smooth equipment and system operations and support equipment upgrades and modification projects.

\n

• Follow all safety protocols, maintenance procedures, and company guidelines during repair and maintenance activities to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirement

\n

• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, with the ability to independently perform repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.

\n

• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment structures, and maintenance procedures, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

\n

• Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment, with the ability to perform mechanical assembly and disassembly.

\n

• Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

\n

• GED or above required. Education or training in mechanical, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.

\n

• Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency repair requests in a fast paced operational environment.

\n

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

\n

• Mandarin is required.
