THE POSITION
As a Maintenance Supervisor for the Bethlehem Housing Authority, you will be part of an agency dedicated to dependable housing and strong neighborhoods. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position guides the planning and direction of a complex maintenance program that supports buildings, grounds, and essential heating and utility operations. The role ensures resources are used effectively and staff work is well coordinated. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
