Job Description

· Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities across the facility

· Provide hands-on supervision of a team of four technicians

· Drive preventive maintenance and work order execution utilizing a CMMS platform (Maintenance X)

· Coach, train, and develop maintenance technicians to enhance team capabilities

· Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance

Key Requirements

· Multi-craft maintenance expertise including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

· PLC experience is a plus

· CMMS implementation experience is a plus
