Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of maintenance technicians to ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently and safely. This position oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems at our Jeffersonville facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians.
  • Identify, prioritize, and plan maintenance activities.
  • Train and mentor team members to build technical and leadership skills.
  • Assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
  • Ensure all maintenance work meets production and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic computer systems.
  • Experience with CNC machinery, robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
  • Standing for long periods required.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs (with or without assistance).
