Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift)

What Youll Do:

As the lead maintenance professional, youll keep our equipment running safely and efficiently while serving as the go-to maintenance expert for the facility.

• Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Manage and maintain the MaintainX Maintenance Management System (MMS), including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, and maintenance documentation.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

• Minimize downtime by quickly resolving equipment issues

• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities

• Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems

• Ensure compliance with safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures

• Maintain work orders and maintenance records

• Help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability

What We Are Looking For:

Were looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay and Perks:

Starting at $75,000+ base salary, plus a 10% annual performance bonus. Compensation may be higher based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Schedule

Enjoy a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
