Title: Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Location: Veedersburg, IN
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift :2nd Shift
Compensation: 85K-90K
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and oversee the repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and schedule hourly maintenance personnel, including overtime and on-call coverage.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and facility systems.
- Manage maintenance work orders, spare parts, inventory, and CMMS activities.
- Support installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate contractors and facility maintenance projects.
- Drive downtime reduction, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, machine guarding, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 programs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience or related experience.
- Previous maintenance supervisory/leadership experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs, electrical controls, and manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance/CMMS systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work overtime and provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
