Our client, a leading Consumer Products Goods manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for their flagship plant in Omaha, NE.
- Provide leadership and technical support to the maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to optimize plant performance.
- Review reports and develop strategies to meet key performance goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, cost-effective environment.
- Qualifications include 4+ years of maintenance experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a high school diploma (degree preferred).
This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$95,000, an 8% bonus, a generous 401k match, and relocation assistance.
