Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift) to oversee plant equipment and lead maintenance activities in Saginaw, MI.
Full-time, salary position with training on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring safety protocols, and performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Requirements: High school diploma, 5+ years industrial maintenance supervisory experience, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems (24V-480V), and preventive maintenance.
Preferred skills: certifications in mechanical/industrial fields, experience with predictive technologies, overhead cranes, and familiarity with drawings/diagrams.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and follow safety procedures.
