Our client, a leading manufacturing and industrial operations organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance and Engineering Department supporting Manufacturing Operations and Plant Leadership Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Implement and support corporate safety policies, plant housekeeping standards, and compliance requirements
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Supervise maintenance and construction projects, ensuring timely and quality execution
- Support manufacturing operations in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC) goals
- Train, develop, and evaluate a multi-trade maintenance workforce
What’s Needed?
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Experience supervising multi-trade maintenance teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a manufacturing/industrial setting
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience with manufacturing, assembly, or facility maintenance operations
- Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
- Experience with data collection, machine studies, or technical analysis
