Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 5 to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor 5, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting Plant Maintenance and Production Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 5
Location: Wentzville, MO
Pay Range: $48 – $55 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Supervise maintenance and construction projects within the plant
  • Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Support plant goals related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Productivity
  • Train, develop, and lead a multi-trade workforce
  • Coordinate maintenance activities while managing schedules, budgets, and resources

What’s Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
  • Experience supervising multi-trade teams
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
