Maintenance Supervisor | $70-80k

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Pay & Schedule

• $70, 000–$80, 000 annually, based on experience
• Monday–Friday
• 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM

Job Duties

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Coordinate repairs, spare parts inventory, and outside vendors.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records, KPIs, and OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required;technical education preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with PLCs, automated equipment, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional travel to Canada.
• Ability to pass a background check.
