Job Details

Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, coordinating daily maintenance activities, managing technician schedules, and supporting employee development through coaching and training.

The ideal candidate will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage work orders through a CMMS system, help minimize equipment downtime, and partner closely with production, safety, and leadership teams to ensure reliable plant operations. This role combines people leadership with maintenance planning, equipment reliability, inventory coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Manufacturing environment experience
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and CMMS systems
Strong safety and OSHA awareness
Excellent communication and team development skills
Experience with scheduling, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives preferred
