**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate the preparation of unoccupied units for new tenants.
- Promptly address maintenance requests with exceptional customer service.
- Take part in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service readiness.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance strategies.
- Drive team growth and competency among maintenance staff.
- Develop and manage daily task schedules for optimal team performance.
- Oversee all property maintenance facets, including exterior upkeep, custodial duties, and emergency repairs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and service partners.
- Utilize diverse skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair to fulfill service demands.
- Enforce community regulations and safety standards.
- Assume a leadership role alongside the property manager in coordinating maintenance.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee complex capital improvement projects.

**Qualifications:**
- At least 1-2 years in Facility Maintenance and supervisory roles.
- Preferably possess over a year of multi-family residential experience.
- Valid driver's license with current insurance.
- Strong organizational and problem-resolution skills.
- EPA and CPO certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with large-scale improvement projects.
- Mastery of customer relations and leadership in problem-solving.
- Mechanical inclination with availability for on-call duties, including snow removal and weekend work.
