BlackRock Resources is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established manufacturing operation in Alabama. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to lead maintenance teams, troubleshoot equipment, reduce downtime, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

You’ll lead a team of approximately 10–20 maintenance employees while overseeing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and helping develop the technical skills of your team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 10–20 employees
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders
• Respond quickly to production equipment breakdowns and downtime
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Support production machinery, facility equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, boiler, and mechanical systems
• Ensure maintenance work meets company safety and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, USDA, and other applicable regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Partner with production and operations to improve equipment reliability and keep production on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of relevant industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Technical education in engineering, electronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Journey-level knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and manufacturing equipment
• Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced production environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
