Our client is a food manufacturer that is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join and supervise their maintenance department. This person will supervise a team of about 6 technicians and ensure quality and organization through the scheduling of maintenance jobs as the top techncial team member.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Stage and plan PM job
- Keep maintenance records current and parts inventory stocked
Must have 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment,
Must be proficient with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Must be able to troubleshoot PLCs and automated systems, read schematics, and diagnose control issues independently
Must knows how to plan and stage PM work with maintenance management software (CMMS)
