Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing (Production & Packaging)

Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Selective Staffing Solutions has partnered with a global leader in food manufacturing to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for their Buffalo, NY production facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations within the Production and Packaging departments, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall plant efficiency.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the activities of Production and Packaging Mechanics and provide leadership in maintaining plant equipment, systems, and infrastructure. This role is key in developing preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
