Candidates should possess strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and climate control systems, with welding and forklift experience preferred.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under stress, and flexible with hours, including weekends and odd shifts.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and working in high humidity environments.
Travel between sites may be required.
