Maintenance Supervisor

Large manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for one of their plants on the Eastern Shore of MD

***CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS MAINTENANCE LEADERSHIP IN MANUFACTURING OR LARGE DISTRIBUTION ENVIRONMENT***

Job Summary ~

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the maintenance staff, and any corrective or preventative maintenance procedures within the plant.

Essential Responsibilities ~

• Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees and inspects work for completeness.
• Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in the plant.
• Ensures equipment and plant availability through effective and efficient scheduling of maintenance and repair.
• Work closely with Maintenance Manager to coordinate all maintenance actions.

Requirements ~

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Supervisory experience and industrial equipment and plant repair technology; experience in leading a team.
• Welding, fabrication, PLC preferred
