Arcadia Creekside, a professionally managed apartment community in Chattanooga, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our community remains safe, well-maintained, and resident-focused.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Manage unit turns, preventative maintenance, and service requests with efficiency
• Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance team members
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and safety standards
• Coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and assist with maintenance budgeting
• Maintain pool operations and chemical safety standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Required Certifications

• EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
• CPO – Certified Pool Operator (Required)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
