SNS Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across five apartment communities (410 units) in the Cincinnati/NKY area.
You'll oversee daily maintenance operations, coach technicians, manage work orders, and partner with property management to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
What You'll Do - Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
- Prioritize and oversee daily work orders and preventative maintenance
- Assist with troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal
- Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance shop organization
- Partner with onsite management to provide outstanding resident service
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians
- Experience using a smartphone or maintenance software (AppFolio experience is a plus)
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule.
