What You’ll Do:
- Oversee property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
- Train and manage maintenance team members and vendors
- Ensure safety standards and compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
- Strong HVAC knowledge; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment repair
- Ability to handle after-hours calls
- Strong communication and leadership skills
